Introduction
Ethiopia is one of the developing countries in East Africa. It was known for its fertility and raw materials, but now the situation is cahanged. Natural and man-made disasters have changed the country into poverty.
The country does not get regular rainfall and most part of it beacme arid land. As a result many people failed under the support of NGOs and the Goverment for relief food. At many districts, school are closed down due tol lack of food and water shortage and families are moved to other areas to get theri daliy needs.
On the other hand , so many young girls and boys are scattered on streets. Some left their homes to run away poverty, some migrate into town to seek jobs, other are job seekers after the completion of greade twelve/ten (national exams), and ... etc.
Mercy Trainig Center is a project designed especially for bar ladies. The Mercy Training Center is in Awassa town. The training center will try to give equal sevice for all bar women with out making any discrimination (of religion, politics and tribe).
