Objective of the project

• To enable School drops out young girls to create their own job or to find jobs. To give training for young boys from poor families to create theris own jobs or to find work

Medical situation

• School dropouts do not have financial sources to pay any kind medical treatments. Therefore, whenever they get sick the project manager should be responsible to bring them to medical institutions.

Program

• Yound woman will have a six-month period. They will get training on different hairstyles. During their stay on training, they get Ethiopian Birr 45.00 every week. This money will be used for their food and house rent. After six months they leave the training center with one month pocket money.
